Warm up

3 x 2 minute rounds jogging on the spot
Rest 45 seconds between rounds

Workout

Note: Start timer before 1st exercise and stop when all exercises are completed.

  • 20 pushups
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
  • 20 crunches
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
  • 20 squats
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
  • 20 stepping lunges (per leg)
  • rest 30 seconds

 

  • 20 pushups
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
  • 20 crunches
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
  • 20 squats
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
  • 20 stepping lunges (per leg)
  • jog on the spot 30 seconds
    Done!

This is your base workout to determine time and your overall fitness level it should take 8-10 minutes to complete.

*notes*
  • If needed do pushups from knees
  • when squating keep your heels on the floor and try to squat to just a little above 90 degrees
  • when doing your lunges do not let your knee go past your toes (take a longer step if this is occuring
